ARC is headquartered in Nashua, New Hampshire. Founded in 1998, the company specializes in the all aspects of test systems, test fixtures and manufacturing for the Mil-Aerospace industry. Additionally, ARC also provides engineering services that include circuit card redesign, reverse engineering, depot repair, and system rehost.

The Founders of ARC are former Raytheon employees with vast experience in functional test, project management, manufacturing, and depot repair. ARC’s early customer base began with servicing the FAA, providing system sustainment, technology refresh, and the test systems to support and repair these electronic systems. Over the course of 12 years, ARC has earned the continued trust of customers like the FAA, DOD, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and General Electric Corporation.

Access to ARC is available through large loading docks able to accommodate shipments of any size. We are in close proximity to Manchesterand and Logan International Airports, and several express shipping organizations. Our knowledgeable and highly skilled staff has the tools and resources to ensure our customers’ requirements are met or exceeded.

ARC maintains a highly skilled and experienced workforce with less than a 5% annual turnover rate. We are committed to constant recruiting of not only experienced staff, but also working with many of the local colleges and universities, interviewing potential technical employees.


Employee training is an essential part of maintaining our skilled workforce. Employees have required minimum training on quality, and safety, and are encouraged to participate in voluntary training as well. As an example, ARC engineering hosts an after-hours bi-weekly FPGA session to help the engineering teams share experience and knowledge as it pertains to FPGA design. ARC engineers are also required to maintain vendor certifications and participate in vendor led training.

Commitment to Quality

ARC is committed to quality in all of our deliverables – hardware, software, and documentation. Our dedicated quality department inspects all incoming parts and all internal workmanship at designated inspection points.
