SPY-6 EASR and AMDR
Electronic Assemblies for
Cooling Equipment Units
ARC Technology has played a pivotal role in advancing the SPY-6 radar family for both EASR and AMDR programs. From developing solutions to delivering robust, modular designs that meet strict standards, ARC is continuously innovating. We aim to progress thermal management, enhance radar reliability, and streamline maintenance for mission- critical operations.
BUILD TO PRINT
Low-maintenance builds without the babysitting
When any Build to Print partner fails to meet expectations, it becomes your problem. ARC’s end-to-end program management facilitates compliant, low-drama builds that never waste your time. Recent builds span both RF and non-RF systems, including NEMA control cabinets for the SPY-6 program, rack-and-stack testers, ITAS, subsystem cabinets and cable harnesses. We routinely deliver systems that support signal environments across K, Ka and Ku bans, even when RF isn’t the primary spec.

ENGINEERING SERVICES
Streamlined creation, uncompromised performance
ARC provides engineering expertise for developing, updating, and supporting Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for complex weapon systems, with a focus on tactical processing in advanced radar and defense systems. Our capabilities allow us to support TDP development and modification related to processing elements, ensuring documentation accurately reflects system functionality, performance, and maintenance needs.
We have contributed to radar systems like SPY-6, EASR, and AMDR and have a proven track record of working within structured technical processes and collaborating with Tier 1 Primes on Level 3 TDPs.
SUSTAINMENT AND ASSEMBLY
High-Rate Experience on complex systems
ARC is one of a select few small businesses with proven experience to design and build complex electronic systems for the industrial base. We support large-scale defense programs such as F-15EX, F-35, and various FAA radar sustainment programs (TDWR/ASR-8/9).
ARC is experienced producing radar equipment at high throughput rates and adhering to tight schedules and quality standards for programs like SPY-6, EASR and AMDR, working with some of the largest defense contractors.
